1. First, this is the easiest tip of all, you are not going to believe this one.... call and ask! Yep I said it.
If you call and ask about discount packages, you will find deals that are not advertised online! Sometimes 50% or more off
2. Southwest Airlines offers big discounts on Walt Disney World Vacation Packages.
3. Schedule your Disney Vacation during the off-season if possible or at the time when Disney has what it calls "Value Rates". You will enjoy significantly lower airfares and hotel/resort rates.
4. Staying off site.... there are many hotels that are off site but are within miles of Disney world... they offer free transportation as well... many of these hotels can be booked for under $69.00 per night!
5. Pick the appropriate Walt Disney ticket deal based on your family's length of stay. Make sure you are able to use all the benefits in the time you visit Walt Disney World. Most people waste their money by upgrading to tickets with features they will never use, wasting hundreds of unused dollars. You will still want to schedule time for rest and relaxation during your trip. Also if you are planning to go to any of Disney's water parks, be sure to add that option to your tickets... this will save you money.
